Korean architect Kyungam Architects Associates, have design an observation tower for the city of Seongnam in Korea. The Daewon Park Observatory was an entry for a competition but did not win. However this dream is now a reality. The name of the design is "The Cloud 360", which is the name for the Daewon Park Observatory. The building will accommodate the restaurant, cafe and mediatech which are located in upper levels of the cloud observatory. The ground floor only functioned as an open space with two main elevators to take the guests going up to the sky.
